Your Role at Baxter: What You’ll Be Doing: Carry out your responsibilities in alignment with the organization’s culture of regulatory compliance and ethical business practices. * Comply with and promote adherence to Baxter policies and the Code of Conduct. * Implement the Baxter Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy. * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while inside company facilities and always follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. * Ensure tools used in the process are in good condition and properly calibrated (where applicable). * Always comply with Quality requirements in your work. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures per established requirements. * Execute work orders, provide electrical and mechanical support to manufacturing and service operations, and ensure a work order is issued for each task. * Install machinery and equipment as required. * Conduct technical verification of equipment. * Provide necessary support for calibration of welding equipment and other equipment. What You’ll Bring: Maintain general plant equipment per operational requirements—including compressors, HVAC systems, ovens, electrical equipment, reverse osmosis systems, Pyro Strips, TOOL ROOM machinery, and other equipment and supplies. * Keep your work area clean at all times. Use tools and devices inherent to your operation correctly. * Identify and execute improvement projects. * Report and repair abnormal conditions affecting Safety and/or equipment functionality. * The activities listed above cover the primary responsibilities of this position but do not exclude other tasks and responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned. * Conduct periodic inspection rounds according to the established schedule. * Knowledge of Yuki and Singer sewing machines. * Knowledge of RF welders. * Knowledge of CNC cutting machines. * Electrostatic painting systems. * Assembly lines.
