For more information, please visit https://www.callawaygolf.com **Main Responsibilities:** • Inventory Management: Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory counts versus system records, coordinate cycle and annual inventories, and control IMMEX inventory. • Receiving and Shipping: Verify the efficient receipt, registration, and shipping of materials and products. • IMMEX and Regulatory Compliance: Verify traceability and documentation in accordance with the IMMEX program and SAT regulations. • Internal Control and Security: Implement internal controls, monitor physical security, and collaborate with audits. • Personnel Management: Supervise the operational team, schedule shifts, and train personnel. • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement methodologies such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma. **Key Deliveries** * Inventory Accuracy 98% * Warehouse KPIs (turnover, accuracy, order fulfillment to production, etc.) * Monthly IMMEX reports of inbound/outbound shipments * Audit logs without critical findings * Documentary evidence of foreign trade * Action plans for audit findings **Job Requirements** Education: * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 5 years in similar positions in the manufacturing industry, with experience in companies with an IMMEX program and export operations.
