Puratos Mexico is looking for: Key Account Executive – Bakery Chain Responsibilities: Key Account Management * Build strong, long-term business relationships with strategic partners. * Implement and monitor Joint Business Plans per customer. * Present monthly or quarterly results and adjust strategies based on performance. * Manage commercial negotiations, terms, updates, and price changes. * Coordinate new product presentations with Technical and Marketing teams. * Administer credit, collections, and account reconciliation processes. Channel Development * Create and maintain an up-to-date channel database. * Build and ensure maintenance of CRM profiles. * Generate demand through training, demonstrations, and specialized advisory services. * Analyze channel trends, competition, and emerging opportunities. * Use social media and digital tools as commercial support. Internal Collaboration * Collaborate with Credit & Collections, Marketing, R\&D, Logistics, CS, and Supply Chain. * Align execution with Puratos' mission, vision, and values. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business or administrative fields, such as Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce and Business, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience managing key accounts in food and beverage. * Experience in prospecting, customer service, commercial execution, and data analysis. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, commercial marketing, and category management. * Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and Power BI. * Willingness to travel; valid driver's license (automatic and standard).
