We seek a purely execution-oriented profile, capable of immediate response and maintaining flawless administrative order. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Talent Attraction:** Execute the full recruitment cycle for **operational** and **administrative** positions within the logistics sector. * **Evaluation and Screening:** Conduct competency-based interviews, administer psychometric tests, and follow up on trust assessments to ensure personnel suitability. * **KPI Management (SLA):** Prepare compliance and vacancy tracking reports using **Excel**. * **Administrative Control:** Manage personnel files, validate references, and coordinate onboarding with requesting departments.
