Effective communication skills and teamwork Required: • Professional with a degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in application support and incident resolution. • Proven experience in functional analysis of business requirements. • Experience in technical application support: o Incident handling, logging, tracking, and resolution for applications. o Root cause analysis of issues and proposal of solutions. o Log analysis to identify failures. o SQL Server / Oracle database management (queries, troubleshooting). o API consumption and testing (Postman, SoapUI). o User and business unit support. • Experience in functional analysis: o Elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements. o Documentation of business processes and use cases. o Collaboration with technical teams and business units. • Skills: o Analytical thinking and problem solving. o Effective communication and teamwork. o Proactivity.
