




Position Summary: GILSA is seeking an Inventory Manager to ensure the accuracy and reliability of CEDIS inventory through controls and audits. Key Highlights: 1. If you wish to join our team, this is your opportunity—we are hiring an **Inventory Manager**. ***Specific Position Objective:*** Ensure the accuracy and reliability of CEDIS inventory through controls, cycle counts, process audits (receiving–storage–picking–shipping), discrepancy management, and disciplined recordkeeping in WMS/ERP systems—to protect inventory capital, reduce shrinkage, and guarantee customer service. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification. \- Flexible working hours. \- Strong communication skills. \- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. \- Proficiency in SAP at user level and Microsoft Office suite. **Required Experience:** \- Inventory control and implementation. \- Continuous improvement plans. \- SAP system proficiency. \- Leadership experience. **Activities / Responsibilities** 1\. Define, implement, and sustain the inventory control system (policies, SOPs, templates, and audits). 2\. Ensure all physical movements are accurately reflected in the system (WMS/ERP): no movement without corresponding system record. 3\. Manage critical catalogs/attributes: tone/gauge (floors/SPC), batch/expiry date (adhesives), serial number (where applicable). 4\. Design and execute cycle counting plans (ABC/criticality/high-value), with defined frequency and coverage. 5**.** Conduct location and process audits. 6\. Investigate variances (shortages/overages/unlocated items) by stage and root cause: receiving error, misplacement, picking error, damage, theft, or incorrect recording. 7\. Coordinate corrective actions with area leaders (receiving/storage/picking/shipping) and follow up to closure. 8\. Design and operate inventory dashboards: accuracy, variances, unlocated items, adjustments, shrinkage, and count compliance. 9\. Present results and progress to the Operations Committee. 10\.
