Request quotations for materials, products, and services from various suppliers. 2. Prepare and track purchase orders (POs). 3. Develop and evaluate new suppliers, expanding the existing supplier portfolio. Position: Junior Procurement Specialist Description: Support the efficient management of the procurement process, ensuring timely supply of goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and delivery time, thereby contributing to the achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities: * Request quotations for materials, products, and services from various suppliers. * Prepare and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring they are generated on time and correctly. * Develop and evaluate new suppliers, expanding the existing supplier portfolio. * Validate and maintain the supplier database up to date. * Coordinate, request quotations for, and track procedures related to required purchases or services. * Ensure procurement activities are carried out. * Track deliveries and resolve incidents with suppliers. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **SAP** (preferred). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** suite (intermediate Excel preferred). * Use of email (**Gmail**).
