Proposal of technology improvements aligned with business objectives IT Analyst – Human Resources (SAP HCM / SQL) Monterrey, NL (Centro) \| Hybrid \| Temporary project (Ends December 2026\) At BlissIT, we are looking for an IT Analyst focused on Human Resources who will act as a liaison between HR and technology, helping transform business needs into functional solutions. Main Responsibilities * Gathering and analyzing requirements with HR users * Providing support and managing incidents in systems (SAP HCM, portals, internal systems) * Training users on technological tools * Tracking tasks and project deliverables * Documenting functional and technical processes * Proposing technology improvements aligned with business objectives Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field Experience: * +1 year working with Human Resources systems * Proficiency in SQL databases * Experience with SAP HCM (preferred) Technical Knowledge: * SQL Server / MySQL * Excel (data analysis) * REST APIs (JSON, XML) * Process analysis * Technical documentation * Incident diagnosis * Basic ERP knowledge Competencies * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Proactivity * Decision-making ability * Stress tolerance Conditions * Hybrid work mode * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Temporary project (\-Ends December 2026\) * Location: Monterrey City Center * Salary: 17 to 22 Libres per month.
