Position Summary: We seek a professional to ensure efficient financial and administrative management of a program, coordinating experiences and supporting student development. Key Highlights: 1. Manages finances, inventories, and suppliers for an educational program. 2. Collaborates in the design and execution of student events and experiences. 3. Provides support across all formative experiences of the program. Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Objective:** To ensure the program maintains sound, clear, and transparent finances by applying necessary strategies for profitability, while properly administering and recording inventories, tracking payments and purchases, managing supplier relationships, and handling logistics for student-designed experiences. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Provide necessary follow-up to ensure 100% of students fulfill the established curriculum plan for their cohort. 2\. Ensure proper functioning of the program’s administrative processes, always maintaining information that is clear, timely, and up-to-date. 3\. Collaborate with the Drivers team in designing, planning, executing, and evaluating annually scheduled events and experiences, as well as participating in UDEM promotional events for the program, as required. 4\. Contribute to the design, planning, follow-up, execution, and evaluation of the annual campaign for application and selection of new Drivers. 5\. Provide support and assistance across all formative experiences of the program. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Business. Proficiency in financial, inventory, and supplier management. Strong verbal communication skills and sociability. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, meal card, and Life Insurance.
