Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with construction knowledge to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and carry out basic construction activities. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality At **CAB Medical**, a clinic with over 14 years of experience in infusion treatments and medical services, we continue growing and seek committed individuals with a service-oriented attitude to join our team. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WITH CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE** **Requirements:** * Experience in general maintenance and/or masonry * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and civil construction * Availability for physical work * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to commute to the workplace **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities * Carry out basic construction activities (patching, minor works, finishing, repairs) * Install, adjust, and repair equipment and infrastructure * Identify failures in electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems * Inspect facilities and equipment to prevent risks * Verify proper operation of safety equipment * Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect anomalies * Report defects and propose solutions * Maintain order, cleanliness, and functionality in work areas **We Offer:** Monthly salary: **$15,000 gross** before taxes Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus) Additional benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniform * Discounts at affiliated establishments * Growth opportunities Location: Monterrey (Cumbres Segundo Sector). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hours; Saturdays, 10:00–14:00 hours.
