




Position Summary: Provide operational support in-store by conducting sales, arranging merchandise, and delivering customer service to meet performance indicators and ensure commercial success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for operational activities on the sales floor 2. Customer service and sales closing 3. Merchandise management and planogram compliance Provide support for in-store operational floor activities by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve assigned store operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable merchandising guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct product arrangement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in counter sales closures and handling customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Correctly execute cash register transactions involving cash or credit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
