Position Summary: Coordinate and comprehensively oversee serial housing and vertical construction projects, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages serial housing and vertical construction projects. 2. Participates in the conception and technical planning of projects. 3. Proposes improvements in construction processes and resource optimization. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and comprehensively oversee serial housing and vertical construction projects from conception through delivery, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** · Project Conception and Planning: Participate in the initial technical definition of serial housing and tower projects. · Project Administration: Monitor schedules, progress, and deliverables with contractors and internal departments. · Engineering Processes: Review and validate construction processes, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. · Drawing Interpretation: Analyze and interpret sanitary, structural, and earthwork plans. · Soil Mechanics: Coordinate soil mechanics studies and monitor implementation of foundation recommendations. · Earthworks: Supervise volumetric calculations, cuts, and fills during grading. · Technical Procurement: Manage minor purchases of specialized materials (20% of time). Coordinate with the Procurement Department for major material purchases. · Strategy: Propose improvements in construction processes and resource optimization for serial projects. · Control and Reporting: Generate physical\-financial progress reports and deviation alerts. **Required Profile:** \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 3 years in serial housing and/or vertical construction. \- Knowledge: AutoCAD, Neodata/Opus, Project, blueprint reading, MTY construction regulations. \- Competencies: Organization, analysis, monitoring, communication with site teams and suppliers.
