Facility Coordinator (GRUPO GRUMA)

Description

**Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and preservation of the plant's facilities, buildings, and general services, guaranteeing safe, clean, and operational conditions for personnel and production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and facilities. * Supervise general services (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, restrooms, etc.). * Manage external maintenance and service providers. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infrastructure maintenance standards. * Supervise repair, renovation, and facility improvement work. * Control inventories of tools, materials, and spare parts for maintenance. * Coordinate building maintenance and cleaning staff. * Conduct periodic infrastructure inspections to identify risks or failures. * Prepare maintenance reports, incident logs, and improvement plans. * Support space and infrastructure optimization projects within the plant. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Administration, or related field. (**Degree required**) * Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, general services, or facility management.
