Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced English **Job Description:** We are seeking a Bilingual Architectural Drafter to act as the direct client liaison, supporting requirement interpretation, technical translation, and drawing development. The role is responsible for ensuring clear communication between the client and the technical team, as well as accurately representing information in graphical documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Direct communication with clients (primarily in English) * Interpretation of client needs and requirements * Translation of technical information (oral and written) * Preparation and modification of architectural and construction drawings * Support in meetings, minutes, and bilingual documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and drawing development * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Advanced English (conversational and technical) * Experience interacting with clients * Ability to interpret and communicate technical information * Organizational skills and attention to detail **Desirable:** * Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software * Experience in industrial or construction projects Employment Type: Permanent position Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
