BBOX Security Company is seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in private security—responsible, leadership-oriented, and service-minded—to coordinate and supervise operational staff across various services within the city of Querétaro. The ideal candidate must ensure compliance with instructions, discipline, and performance of personnel under their supervision, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and proper service operation. **·Key Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate security teams of 50 to 100 personnel. Verify compliance with instructions and logbooks across different services. Conduct patrols, incident reports, and attendance control (shifts). Respond to client requests and reports with a service-oriented attitude. Evaluate staff performance and implement corrective measures when necessary. Support conflict resolution and ensure effective communication among all parties. Coordinate service coverage, replacements, and support for special events. Ensure compliance with company-established security standards. **Requirements** Proven experience as a security supervisor or coordinator (minimum 2 years). Experience managing operational personnel (50–100 individuals). Leadership and effective communication skills. Familiarity with the city of Querétaro (routes, locations, industrial zones). Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. Flexible availability and service-oriented attitude. Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
