We are seeking a well-rounded creative professional capable of elevating the visual quality of our campaigns and strengthening brand presence across print and digital environments. This role combines graphic design, video editing and production, motion graphics, and on-set operational support. **This position is 100% on-site in Rosarito, B.C.** **Responsibilities** --------------------- – Design and adaptation of materials for institutional, performance, and branding campaigns. – Development of graphic and audiovisual content for social media (reels, stories, vertical formats). – Video editing with integration of motion graphics, animations, titles, lower thirds, and subtitles. – On-set support: set assistance, photo/video capture, and basic technical coordination. – Production of printed, digital, and executive presentation assets. – Delivery of final versions, on-site revisions, and direct collaboration with the creative team. **Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------- – **Current residence in Rosarito or adjacent areas (Tijuana/Ensenada).** *Out-of-town candidates will not be considered.* – 3–5 years of verifiable experience in graphic design and video editing/production. – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Film, or related field. – Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects). – Current portfolio and demo reel (mandatory). – Strong aesthetic judgment, proactivity, and efficient time management. – Affinity for photography (capture and editing). – Full availability for an on-site schedule in Rosarito. **We Offer** ------------- – Competitive salary of **$18,000 MXN per month**. – Job stability and a performance-based growth plan. – Human-centered organizational culture (Great Place to Work). – Permanent on-site work arrangement. **Mandatory Application** To proceed with evaluation, **submit your application directly through this platform**, uploading your **CV + portfolio** within the system.
