**This is a TEMPORARY position located at Carretera Jorobas-Tula Km. 24 Lot 55 Parque Industrial Atitalaquia, Hidalgo C.P. 42970. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location** **Shift / Schedule: Fixed night shift** **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain products and goods in the warehouse according to the layout plan and considering the first-in, first-out principle. * Perform loading and unloading operations for bulk and palletized shipments according to operational needs, in compliance with established safety regulations. * Carry out tolling, picking, and product preparation activities as required. * Actively participate in implementing preventive measures for proper product handling in the warehouse. * Participate in inventory counts. * Ensure and contribute to meeting the productivity standards and goals implemented for the area. * Follow and help ensure coworkers follow safety rules, critical tasks, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures for each assigned area. * Maintain and care for equipment and facilities in optimal condition. * Other duties assigned related to warehouse operations. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Over 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, crouching, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable adjustment. * Ability to work in various environments where exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, among others, may occur, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Completed secondary education or higher. * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Availability to work in elevated areas or spaces (1.20 mts or higher). * Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment with or without reasonable accommodations. * Experience using a computer. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word. * Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment. * Knowledge of basic Industrial Safety standards.
