Job Summary: Provide technical support and maintain computer equipment for Grupo Coppel users, participating in business-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site and remote technical support for business users. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Participation in business-impact projects and store openings. About: Provide technical support (on-site or remote) by addressing user requests and incidents from various business areas of Grupo Coppel; maintain computer equipment in optimal condition through preventive/corrective maintenance programs; and participate in business-impact projects, store and bank openings, and renovations. Responsibilities: - Address (on-site or remotely) equipment incidents reported by users from various operational business areas of Grupo Coppel. - Install IT equipment for business-impact projects to improve customer experience and productivity in customer-facing areas. - Verify proper equipment functionality across all assigned implementations and projects, adhering to work schedules. - Install and maintain functional computer and technology equipment, complying with established corrective and preventive maintenance programs. - Configure, install, and maintain operational servers and telecommunications equipment at each store, distribution center (cedis), and office. Requirements: - Minimum experience in Technical Support or recent graduate; knowledge of software and hardware diagnostics and problem resolution, preventive maintenance. - Additional knowledge: Device configuration and installation, equipment repair, equipment maintenance, links and networks, communication antennas, structured cabling, alarm connections, servers, Windows. - Work location: Ixmiquilpan, availability to travel to Zacualtipan - Schedule: 10 AM to 8 PM, two-hour lunch break, two rotating rest days.
