Your mission is to ensure seamless execution of the transportation program by managing our most valuable resources: our technology and our people. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering / Administration (completed). * Flexible availability (rotating shifts). * Intermediate\-Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Residence near the work area (no more than 1 hour from G.A.M. borough). **TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS**: * Database management and use of Logistics ERP systems. **AVAILABILITY**: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Operational**: Validation of itineraries, reduction of incidents at terminals, and ensuring adherence to government-mandated scheduling to avoid penalties. **Administrative**: Reconciliation with Metrobús, preparation of service reports, and digital compliance logs. **Leadership**: Ensuring drivers’ work schedules are fulfilled with discipline and efficiency. **BENEFITS**: Base salary Employment type: Indefinite-term contract.
