Hygienic food handling and kitchen organization The IMSS Bienestar Hospital in Metztitlán is looking for a committed, responsible, and service-oriented Cook to join its team and contribute to appropriate patient nutrition. Responsibilities: Prepare meals according to prescribed hospital diets. Develop balanced menus following guidelines from the medical or nutrition department. Handle food hygienically in accordance with sanitary regulations. Properly manage and utilize supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in food distribution to patients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook (preferably in hospitals, industrial cafeterias, or institutions). Knowledge of hygienic food handling. Minimum education: completed secondary school. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Flexible availability for working hours.
