Interaction with processes of the Secretariat of Public Education A prestigious educational institution is seeking a School Records Coordinator. **Position Objective**: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations at each educational level regarding the handling of student documentation and information (from enrollment through graduation or withdrawal), as well as that of teachers and administrators, to support the proper development of the educational process and alignment with the Secretariat of Public Education. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field, with official diploma. * Basic English proficiency. * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Office software proficiency: Word, PowerPoint (intermediate), and Excel (intermediate or advanced). * Spelling and writing skills. * School administration expertise. * Procedures and documentation required by the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP). * Experience using an educational platform. **Key Responsibilities:** · Receive enrollment documents and forms at the beginning of the academic year. · Enter and maintain up-to-date student and parent/guardian data in the Interschool system and internal database. · Update student photos in Interschool for credential generation. · Generate and update directories: telephone, emergency contacts, allergies, and medical conditions of students. · Prepare and update attendance lists for all grade levels. · Process SEP registration formalities for enrolled students and teaching staff. · Maintain updated student progress logs. · Enter grades into the SEP platform within specified deadlines. · Monitor student withdrawals and enrollments in both the Interschool system and the SEP platform. · Keep student enrollment records updated and submit changes promptly to level principals and the Board Chairperson. · Update and deliver enrollment forms for the upcoming academic year. · Print report cards from the SEP platform; issue study certificates and conduct letters for students. · Distribute documents to respective academic levels at the end of the academic year. · Submit end-of-year forms to the SEP. · Compile and deliver all requested information for the three academic levels to the SEP. · Prepare SEP statistical reports for the three academic levels.
