You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle—from building dynamic user interfaces to optimizing robust back\-end services—ensuring seamless integration and software quality at all times. **Key Responsibilities** * **End-to-End Development:** Design and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React. * **API and Data Management:** Implement and manage RESTful services, databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and cloud-based services. * **Quality Assurance:** Conduct unit and integration testing, providing technical support to QA teams and end users. * **Cloud \& DevOps Environment:** Manage deployments using Kubernetes and Azure on Red\-Hat Linux environments. * **Documentation:** Maintain clear technical and operational records of all developments under Agile or Waterfall methodologies. **Essential Requirements (Must\-Have)** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Full Stack development and at least 1 year of stability in previous roles. * **Technology Stack:** Proficiency in **Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React**. * **Databases:** Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. * **Tools \& DevOps:** Familiarity with Kubernetes, Azure, Bitbucket, Maven, and NPM. * **Security:** Working knowledge of HTTPS/TLS protocols. * **Industry:** **Mandatory experience in the Banking sector.** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary ($44k monthly). * Hybrid work model in CDMX. * Statutory benefits. * Variable Pay: Bonuses based on goal achievement and outstanding performance.
