Coordinate with US teams and ensure regulatory compliance We are seeking an **Engineering Lead** to lead engineering and technical delivery for **energy sector** projects (solar, wind, **BESS**, substations, transmission and distribution lines) in Mexico. The candidate will build a **local engineering team**, ensure **quality standards (QA/QC)**, comply with **Mexican regulations** and international standards, and **coordinate** with teams in the **USA** to align methodologies and best practices. **Responsibilities:** * Lead **design** and **technical execution** of renewable energy and electrical system projects. * **Review and validate** drawings, calculations, technical reports, and other technical deliverables. * Ensure **regulatory compliance** (MX) and adherence to international standards. * Implement **engineering processes, methodologies, and QA/QC**. * Monitor **performance and development** of the engineering team. * **Coordinate** with US teams to align **standards** and **best practices**. * Integrate **multidisciplinary deliverables** and ensure technical consistency across regions. * Represent the company before **clients, CFE, CRE**, and private developers. * Manage **scope, schedule, and cost** of technical deliverables. **Requirements:** * **5 years** of engineering experience in **solar, wind, BESS, substations, and/or T&D**. * Experience **leading engineering teams** and reviewing technical designs. * Experience in **engineering consulting** and **coordination** with developers, EPCs, utilities, and authorities (e.g., **CFE, CRE, SEMARNAT**). * Degree in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**, **graduated**. * **Willingness to travel**. * Proficiency in **QA/QC** methodologies and multidisciplinary integration. * Advanced English INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV TO BEGIN THE PROCESS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
