




Main Responsibilities: \-Prepare beverages to an exceptional standard. \-Follow beverage preparation procedures as outlined in the 2024 Beverage Recipe Book. \-Uphold established standards set forth in the Nania Customer Service Manual. \-Properly manage inventory of supplies. \-Prepare requisitions for food, materials, equipment, and utensils when support is required. \-Monitor and control waste generated during daily production; report any waste to the Bar Manager and implement gradual reduction measures. \-Ensure compliance with established safety and hygiene standards for handling, storage, and preservation of supplies. \-Be available for temporary shift changes if necessary, to cover absences of other bar team members. \-Maintain cleanliness standards for the bar area and its facilities. \-Notify the Bar Manager immediately in case of equipment malfunctions or supply shortages. \-Maintain close communication with the Host and Bar Manager to continuously improve internal procedures and/or products. \-Foster a pleasant work environment. \-Assist with cleaning utensils and dishware at the bar. \-Perform any other kitchen-related or ancillary tasks assigned by the Bar Manager or Host.
