Position Summary: We are seeking an on-site collection officer to recover delinquent portfolios by implementing strategies and maintaining professionalism with members. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in on-site collection of financial products 2. Management of delinquent portfolios and negotiation with clients 3. Motorcycle operation and familiarity with the area FESolidaridad is a Savings and Loan Cooperative with over 28 years of experience in the financial sector, regulated by CNBV and BANXICO. We specialize in providing accessible financial solutions, promoting the economic well-being of our members. **Position Objective:** Implement on-site collection strategies to recover delinquent portfolios, ensuring achievement of targets while maintaining professional service to members. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of field experience in financial product collections * Knowledge of extrajudicial collection strategies * Familiarity with the area: Valle de Chalco and Ixtapaluca * Motorcycle operation (mandatory) * Valid motorcycle driver's license ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site visits for collection management * Implement strategies to recover delinquent portfolios * Negotiate and follow up with clients * Record and track all collection activities * Achieve established portfolio recovery targets ### **We Offer** * Monthly base salary: $9,582\.47 gross * Commission scheme based on recovered amounts * Statutory benefits * Gasoline allowance * Motorcycle for work-related activities * Uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Medical protection plan ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:50 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:50 AM to 2:00 PM * Availability required during the last 3 days of each month (operational closing) **Interested candidates:** Apply through this channel, attaching an updated CV
