Grupo Santa María, due to expansion and growth, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Valle del Mezquital region. If you have leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to solve challenges, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Visit assigned units. * Supervise the operation and quality of analytical processes. * Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards, as well as biosafety regulations and current legislation. * Assist in managing laboratory personnel and resources. * Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. * Coordinate the issuance and validation of results. * Carry out preventive actions at branches and issue corresponding reports. **Requirements**: * Degree in Clinical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biology, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years verifiable clinical industry experience required; experience as a process manager or operations supervisor is desirable. * Knowledge of analyzers and laboratory information systems. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. * Familiarity with applicable Mexican official standards for clinical analysis laboratories. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Knowledge of the Valle del Mezquital region in Hidalgo. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
