Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply procurement, managing suppliers, and guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Develops and evaluates strategic suppliers **Job Objective** Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of supplies required for company operations, guaranteeing quality, competitive costs, on-time delivery, and favorable commercial terms. **Functions and Responsibilities** * 1\. Analyze and manage internal requisitions. * 2\. Request and compare quotations from suppliers (minimum 3 quotations). * 3\. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and **delivery times**. * 4\. Prepare and track purchase orders. * 5\. Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers. * 6\. Monitor inventory in coordination with the warehouse. * 7\.
