Description
Eosol Group is seeking an experienced HSE Technician to join our team in the Operations and Maintenance (O\&M) Services area for a photovoltaic power plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic sector and in-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations applicable to this type of facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement and supervise HSE policies and procedures at the photovoltaic plant.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with current HSE legislation.
* Develop and deliver safety training to personnel.
* Manage HSE-related documentation (emergency plans, risk assessments, work permits, etc.).
* Coordinate with operations and maintenance staff to ensure a safe working environment.
* Promote a proactive safety culture across all organizational levels.
* Participate in the development of prevention and protection plans.
* Supervise proper waste management and compliance with environmental regulations.
* Stay updated on best practices and advancements in HSE for the renewable energy sector.
* Collaborate in preparing HSE reports for management.
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years as an HSE Technician or in a similar role, preferably in the photovoltaic sector or O\&M of renewable energy plants.
* Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
* Ability to identify and assess occupational and environmental risks.
* Communication and training skills.
* Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Valid work permit.
* Willingness to travel if required (although the position is primarily onsite).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specialized training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Intermediate or Advanced Level).
* HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.).
* Technical knowledge of photovoltaic plant operations.
* Prior experience in O\&M of photovoltaic installations.
* Knowledge of environmental management systems (ISO 14001\) and occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001\).
