Ensures compliance with corporate and quality standards, including IATF 16949 **Confidential Manufacturing Company \| Hiring: Finance Coordinator** We are currently supporting a well\-established international manufacturing company in Mexico in the search for a **Finance Coordinator** to strengthen its plant finance function. This role supports financial reporting, cost control, and operational analysis within a maquiladora manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with corporate and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting * Prepare account reconciliations and financial analysis * Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes * Perform cost analysis (labor, materials, overhead absorption, variances) * Support inventory controls, cycle counts, and reconciliations * Assist during internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls * Support documentation and financial processes aligned with **IATF 16949 requirements** * Provide financial data and analysis to support plant performance **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * Advanced English proficiency * 3–6 years of experience in finance/accounting * Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environments * Familiarity with **IATF 16949 standards and audit processes** preferred * Strong analytical and organizational skills **Highly competitive compensation package within the industrial manufacturing sector.** If you are interested or would like to refer a qualified professional, please send a direct message for a confidential discussion.
