Ensure the execution of established sales strategies to achieve set goals. * Flexible availability * Mandatory experience driving a standard vehicle and valid driver's license * Proven experience of 1 to 2 years * Personnel management * Management of multiple business units * Verify that each store complies with operational and administrative standards and procedures as required by the platform per season. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly evaluation of the team, considering the retail calendar, motivating and training staff, assigning weekly global targets * Supervision of at least 10 business units, managing sales indicators, turnover, profitability, personnel management, sales strategy implementation, shrinkage control. Recruitment and selection of personnel, training and development.
