Ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed. Responsible for the safe operation of service equipment, including but not limited to: DME, high-pressure pumps and/or blenders during service delivery according to customer job design and KPIs. Performs necessary calculations at the wellsite as required. Carries out data collection and distribution on jobs as needed. Coordinates cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Uses competency processes to enhance skill development and job performance. Must have knowledge of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes and contributes to safety and environmental awareness. Promotes and actively participates in quality and continuous improvement processes. Consequences of errors are easily measurable and can be contained. Skills are acquired through six months of experience and completion of required competencies at the current and next level. **Qualifications** ------------------ Requirements: * Technical or University Technical degree in fields related to the Oil \& Gas industry. * Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in stimulation and fracturing operations. * Operation and maintenance of equipment such as high-pressure pumps, mixing equipment, nitrogen pumping. * Verifiable experience handling heavy units. * Possession of a valid Federal Type E License. **Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
