We are looking for: **Vacancy: Workshop Manager** **Primary Job Objective:** Optimize the mechanical workshop's operational efficiency through efficient management of human capital and technical resources, ensuring each unit is delivered under the Agency's highest quality standards, meeting delivery timelines and established profitability indicators (KPIs). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Management:** Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanics and car washers, ensuring consistent workflow. * **Administrative Control:** Manage service files, control workshop supply inventories, and generate productivity reports. * **KPI Compliance:** Monitor and achieve targets for efficiency, repair quality, and customer satisfaction (CSI) levels. * **Technical Supervision:** Validate the correct execution of basic mechanical work and preventive/corrective services on vehicles. * **Process Optimization:** Implement improvements in the service chain to reduce waiting times and rework. **Target Profile Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of basic automotive mechanics. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for reporting and administrative control. * Results-oriented leadership and team management. * Attention to detail and commitment to industrial safety. **Economic Offer and Working Hours:** * **Total Monthly Income:** $18,180\.86 (broken down as gross salary of $10,956\.00 \+ monthly performance bonus of $7,224\.86\). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
