Opportunity for development in Level 2 Support, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. **Job Description** **Technical Support \-** to join our IT team. **MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM, SATURDAY 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM** The selected candidate will provide support in **preventive and corrective maintenance**, equipment installation, incident handling, and basic support to internal users. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level (L1\) technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Perform basic software and hardware installation and configuration. * Diagnose failures in equipment, peripherals, and operating systems. * Assist with IT asset inventory and control. * Handle and track tickets. * Document basic incidents and solutions. * Escalate issues to the appropriate department when applicable. **Requirements** * Recent graduate or intern in: * Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. Basic knowledge (desirable): * Windows and/or macOS operating systems. * Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WiFi). * Basic proficiency in Office 365 or Google Workspace. * Software and driver installation. * Basic understanding of remote support. No prior experience required.
