WE ARE HIRING: **PAYROLL ANALYST** *OBJECTIVE:* Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate capture, calculation, processing, and payment of salaries and benefits for agricultural payroll employees. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Over 24 years of age \- \*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree holder). * Mandatory: Residency in Huimanguillo and/or Cárdenas (Central Zone). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience handling weekly and biweekly payrolls, managing and applying payroll incidents, intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables), and experience with payroll systems and ERP. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. * Verify and validate payroll incidents such as overtime, leave requests, absences, disabilities, and deductions. * Administer tax payments, withholdings, and social security contributions (IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues. * Maintain payroll-related records and documentation. *WE OFFER:* * Monthly gross salary of $13,672.00 * Savings fund * Statutory benefits * Transportation assistance * Uniforms Tel. 937 326 78 78 Address: Tierra Nueva 3rd Section State Highway To Zanapa Station Km9, Ejido Tierra Nueva Tercera Huimanguillo, Tabasco (Landmark: Km 15 La Ceiba Restaurant, Barisur entrance) Salary: $13,672.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
