**Construction Resident** A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a **Construction Resident**. If you are a committed, organized professional with leadership skills, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate construction execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage materials, tools, and equipment for proper distribution and efficient use. * Ensure on-site work complies with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Verify compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe working environment. * Document progress and agreements in the construction logbook, as well as prepare administrative reports. * Coordinate with the administrative team for submission of daily reports, daily construction logs, and other required documentation. * Conduct on-site surveys to update technical information and identify project adjustments. * Control and validate cost estimates, work generators, and item catalogs. * Manage and supervise operational staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (with diploma, professional license, internship letter, or full academic transcript). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction residency. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Office** suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) drawings. * Knowledge of **Occupational Safety and Hygiene** regulations in construction. * Ability to coordinate work teams, assign tasks, and optimize time. * Experience in industrial installations and facility modifications. * Ability to resolve field contingencies and make strategic decisions. * Effective communication with internal and external teams. **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * **Fixed-term contract**, with renewal option based on performance. * **Dynamic work environment** and opportunities for professional growth.
