We seek a **Commercial Development Manager** who does not merely execute, but **builds, leads, and scales** the commercial performance of a development. **What will you do?** * Oversee the development’s commercial front end-to-end: strategy, execution, and results. * Lead, develop, and manage the commercial and operational team. * Ensure proper execution of the full funnel: lead generation, follow-up, closing, and post-sales. * Design and implement commercial strategies focused on **lead conversion**. * Monitor and manage key performance indicators. * Leverage **Business Intelligence (BI)** tools to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business scaling. * Manage and optimize budgets for **Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)** campaigns. * Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure high-quality lead generation. **Profile we seek** * Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in commercial, marketing, business, or related fields). * Experience leading high-performing commercial teams. * Experience managing **digital marketing budgets (especially Meta Ads)**. * Experience using **BI tools for data analysis and decision-making**. * CRM proficiency; experience with **HubSpot** is highly desirable. * Strong analytical capability and data-driven orientation. * Experience in end-to-end management of developments or business units. * Leadership, execution, and results orientation. **Our offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Base salary: $32,000 \+ monthly commissions ranging from 70 to 100. * Commission structure with **no cap**. * An environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and the implementation of diverse projects.
