Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to handle and resolve customer inquiries through digital channels, manage complaints, and record interactions in the system. La Estancia**, **Zapopan, Jal.** **We offer:** * Monthly base salary of $12,000 MXN * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (one weekday day off) \-Monday to Saturday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM \-Sunday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Answering and making calls * Resolving customer inquiries and issues via digital channels * Recording calls and interactions in the system * Efficiently managing and resolving complaints **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferred) * Experience in customer service * Basic network knowledge (types, protocols, and addressing) * Proficiency in computer systems Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
