We are looking for a **Systems Engineer** with experience in **CCTV and audio systems**, responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of video surveillance and audio solutions, ensuring their proper functioning and continuous operation. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of **CCTV systems (IP and analog cameras)**. * Configuration of **DVRs, NVRs, and monitoring software**. * Installation, adjustment, and maintenance of **audio systems** (speakers, amplifiers, microphones, ambient or public address audio). * Structured cabling (UTP, coaxial, optical fiber desirable). * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in related equipment and networks. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems. * On-site and remote technical support. * Preparation of technical reports and basic documentation. * Compliance with safety standards and good installation practices. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or engineering degree in **Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field**. * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in CCTV or audio systems. * Knowledge of **basic networking (IP, switches, cabling)**. * Familiarity with CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or others). * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Availability for fieldwork. * Valid driver’s license (desirable). **Skills:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Teamwork. * Customer service orientation. * Organization and follow-up. * Proactivity and responsibility. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Positive work environment.
