Professional growth opportunities. **Description:** ---------------- **Hotel Princess Lifeguard (Riviera Maya)** **Princess Hotels \& Resorts** **Job Objective** Provide immediate response to aquatic rescues and/or first aid in situations of risk or emergencies occurring in or around water within recreational and sports areas, such as swimming pools or beaches. **Job Objective** Provide immediate response to aquatic rescues and/or first aid in situations of risk or emergencies occurring in or around water within recreational and sports areas, such as swimming pools or beaches. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily inspection of the lifeguard tower’s general condition and required operational equipment, reporting shortages and defective equipment needing replacement. * Daily assessment at the start of each shift of general conditions in aquatic and beach areas, as well as weather conditions, to appropriately deploy corresponding warning flags. * Provision of first aid to guests and staff upon request. * Response to aquatic emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid as required. * It is the lifeguard’s responsibility to undergo continuous training in first aid and emergency protocols, and to renew certification annually with Civil Protection. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Staff transportation * Staff cafeteria * Professional growth **Requirements:** --------------- **PROFILE:** Gender: Not specified Age: 25 or older Marital status: Not specified Education level: Completed high school Specialization: Lifeguard certification Foreign language: Intermediate English 1 year of experience in this position Teamwork Ability to work under pressure Objectivity and impartiality Decision-making skills
