The selected candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with educational institutions, executing face-to-face sales strategies, and achieving high annual sales targets within their assigned territories. This role will be key to strengthening the company's territorial presence, increasing adoption of its product portfolio, and directly contributing to national expansion. Main Responsibilities: * Execute the sales strategy within their territory, developing new schools through in-person appointments and virtual follow-ups. * Meet annual sales targets. * Cover their home state and neighboring areas, traveling frequently (approximately 10 working days per month). * Conduct post-sale follow-up, ensure compliance with agreements, and coordinate actions with the sales team. * Actively participate in team meetings, weekly reporting, and tracking of established KPIs. * Use tools such as Salesforce (preferred) or similar, and Google Workspace for sales tracking. * Prospect new schools within the territory and manage the entire sales cycle (hunter).
