DESCRIPTION **COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE MARKETING OF PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE** **Seeking Workshop Manager** **Location:** COL INDUSTRIAL ATOTO NAUCALPAN **Salary:** $30,000 GROSS MONTHLY **Working Hours:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY If you have experience leading printing and product customization operations, this opportunity is for you. **Your mission will be:** Manage the workshop to ensure operational efficiency, process quality, and achievement of production targets. **Requirements:** \+5 years of experience in promotional printing Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw Knowledge of color (Pantone) Experience in screen printing, pad printing, UV printing, DTF, and laser printing Team and KPI management **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the operational team * Plan daily production * Optimize processes and identify improvements * Monitor KPIs and generate reports * Supervise machinery maintenance and operation **We Offer:** $30,000 gross monthly Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits A paid day off on your birthday Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
