We are looking for a **Senior Odoo Consultant** with solid experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Odoo solutions. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, proposing functional and technical improvements, and leading end\-to\-end implementations for various clients, ensuring proper platform adoption. **Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements with internal and external clients. * Configure, parameterize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, among others). * Design solutions aligned with business processes, proposing Odoo best practices. * Coordinate and track implementations, migrations, and deployments. * Provide post\-implementation functional support and advanced consulting. * Document processes, configurations, and end\-user training. * Collaborate with technical teams (developers) to define customization requirements. * Participate in client meetings, some of which will be in person in CDMX. **Requirements** * Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an Odoo consultant (functional or functional/technical). * Proven experience in end\-to\-end Odoo implementations. * Solid understanding of business processes (ERP). * Ability to interact with clients and translate business needs into functional solutions. * Intermediate English (documentation, basic meetings). * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. **Desirable** * Odoo certifications. * Experience in multi\-client projects or consulting engagements. * Basic technical knowledge (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) for improved collaboration with development teams. **We Offer** * Predominantly remote work arrangement. * Competitive salary range up to $35,000 MXN per month. * Job stability and challenging projects. * Professional growth opportunities in high\-impact ERP projects.
