We are looking for a **Collections Specialist** to join our finance team, responsible for **managing and ensuring the timely payment of accounts receivable**, maintaining professional relationships with our clients, and supporting the company’s cash flow. **Key Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for: \- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable to identify overdue payments. \- Contacting customers via phone, email, or other means to collect outstanding balances. \- Negotiating mutually beneficial agreements and payment plans aligned with the customer’s situation. \- Maintaining **accurate records** of all collection activities and account updates. \- Investigating and resolving billing or payment-related discrepancies or disputes. \- Preparing **periodic reports** on the status of accounts receivable and recovery strategies. \- Collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize processes and prevent delinquency. **Requirements** Minimum education: Completed high school; **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)**. Minimum prior experience: **2 years in collections, accounts receivable, or similar roles**. Knowledge of billing processes and financial systems (ERP, advanced Excel, or collections software). Strong **communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills**. Attention to detail, organizational ability, and results orientation. Effective and professional communication.
