We seek a Frontend Engineer **(minimum 3 years of experience)** with a strong UI/UX focus who can build complete digital products with high visual quality and outstanding user experience. This role is not for basic implementation. We seek someone who understands design, product, and development, and who has the ability to transform ideas into functional, well-designed experiences. Your Responsibilities: * Design and develop modern interfaces with high visual quality * Build products from scratch (concept, UX, UI, development, and deployment) * Make user- and conversion-focused design decisions * Implement responsive and optimized interfaces * Collaborate on product decisions—not just execution **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with: * Next.js or React * JavaScript or TypeScript * Proficiency in: * HTML and CSS * Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks * API consumption (REST or GraphQL) * Git and GitHub usage * Deployment experience (Vercel, Netlify, or others) **UI/UX Requirements (Mandatory)** * Experience designing interfaces (not just developing) * Proficiency in Figma * Strong visual judgment (typography, spacing, hierarchy) * Experience creating: * High-end landing pages * Web apps or digital products * Ability to make design decisions grounded in user logic Mandatory Requirements to Apply * Portfolio with real projects (mandatory) * Active GitHub profile * Experience building complete products * Ability to explain design and development decisions Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience in agencies, startups, or digital products * Attention to detail in design and experience * Ability to work autonomously * Interest in building high-level products Do NOT apply if * You do not have a portfolio * You do not have real published projects * You have only worked on courses or internships * You lack UI/UX experience * Your focus is solely on development without design Desirable Qualifications * Experience with Webflow on advanced projects * Animations (Framer Motion, GSAP, or others) * Experience in conversion rate optimization * Experience in agency environments We Offer * Direct participation in product building * High degree of autonomy and ownership * Professional growth * Environment focused on quality, design, and execution **How to Apply** **Send a message via WhatsApp to 5516404825** * **Portfolio (mandatory)** * **GitHub profile** * **Links to real projects you developed** Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
