Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Butler from all-inclusive hotels to provide exclusive and proactive service to VIP/VVIP guests, managing every detail of their stay. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Experience in all-inclusive hotels. * Solid knowledge of butler standards (personal mise-en-place, packing/unpacking, suite service, customized amenities). * Mastery of international etiquette and impeccable treatment. * Advanced Spanish and English (spoken and written); a third language (French, German, Portuguese, or Mandarin) is a plus. * Neat appearance * Excellent service attitude. Responsibilities: * Provide exclusive and proactive service to VIP/VVIP guests, anticipating preferences and managing every detail of their stay. * Perform packing and unpacking, wardrobe organization, preparation of special amenities, in-room food and beverage service, and supervision of room order and presentation. * Manage reservations, transportation, private events, celebrations, and any customized requests, ensuring perfect timing and constant communication with internal departments. * Address concerns or complaints discreetly and effectively, document them, and follow up until fully resolved, maintaining high service standards. * Serve as liaison between concierge, housekeeping, room service, food and beverage, spa, and security.
