We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst for our Majestic Resorts Costa Mujeres complex. **Main responsibilities:** Responsible for executing the complete talent attraction and selection process for positions assigned by the direct supervisor, which includes: * **Candidate sourcing** * Posting vacancies on internal and external platforms. * Utilizing professional networks, job boards, and internal databases. * Contacting and following up with potential candidates. * **Initial interviews** * Conducting pre-selection interviews (by phone, virtual, or in-person). * Evaluating competencies, motivations, and cultural fit. * **Reference checks** * Verifying work experience and professional references. * Validating academic and performance history according to internal policies. * **Selection tests** * Coordinating and administering psychometric, technical, or knowledge-based assessments. * Analyzing and integrating results for decision-making. * **Management of technical interviews** * Coordinating with department leaders for specialized interviews. * Following up on feedback from interviewers. * **Closing the hiring process** * Negotiating and presenting job offers. * Communicating results to candidates (selected and non-selected). * Supporting new hires through onboarding. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * 1 year of experience in a similar role * Intermediate English proficiency * Customer service orientation
