Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees, support the team in achieving common goals, and listen to and appropriately respond to concerns raised by other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Reach above the head and below the knees; including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Climb up and down service stairs and/or ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
