Ongoing technical training to enhance skills. **Job Objective** Integrate, analyze, and control construction and installation project costs—from budget preparation through reporting and construction scheduling—using OPUS as the primary tool. **Main Responsibilities** · Prepare Unit Price Analyses (UPA). · Calculate the Real Wage Factor (FASAR). · Integrate indirect costs, financing, and profit. · Structure concept catalogs and import/export them between Excel and OPUS. · Prepare programmable budgets in OPUS. · Generate construction schedules (Gantt charts and critical path method). · Support procurement requisitions and purchase orders. · Update material and concept databases. · Generate reports: cover pages, UPAs, input breakdowns, and schedules. · Support budget vs. actual cost control. · Interpret construction and installation drawings (HVAC knowledge preferred). · Apply the Public Works Law where applicable. · Manage cost escalations and adjustments. **Technical Requirements** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (recent graduates welcome). * Proficiency in OPUS (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of UPA, direct and indirect costs, and construction scheduling. · Ability to read construction drawings; HVAC knowledge preferred. **Skills and Competencies** · Attention to detail and analytical thinking. · Organization and follow-up capability. · Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. · Teamwork and effective communication. *Desirable Certifications* Official OPUS certification by Ecosoft (or willingness to obtain it). **We Offer** · Competitive salary based on experience: **from $14,000 to $17,000** · Statutory benefits. · Continuous technical training. · Professional growth plan.
