**Position Objective** Empty heading Ensure the financial, accounting, and tax control of real estate projects under responsibility, guaranteeing the proper application of corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and the generation of reliable information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** Empty heading * Supervise the project's **general accounting**, ensuring the correct application of **Financial Information Standards (NIF)** and corporate policies. * Prepare and analyze **financial statements, budgets, progress reports, and variance analysis**. * Coordinate the planning, execution, and control of **construction budgets and project expenses**. * Supervise compliance with **tax obligations**: filings, provisional payments, withholdings, VAT, and income tax. * Monitor the project’s cash flow, bank reconciliations, and supplier payment controls. * Use **Panel** as the primary financial control tool for the project (essential). * Ensure compliance with **internal controls** and proper audit documentation. * Collaborate with **Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Audit** departments. * Conduct **periodic site visits to projects** to verify financial and administrative progress. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance** (professional title and license). * **Minimum of 6 years of experience** as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role. * **Proven experience in the real estate or construction sector** (essential). * Proficiency in **project budgeting, taxation, financial control, and accounting closings.** * Advanced knowledge of **Panel** (mandatory requirement). * Solid understanding of **NIF and Mexican tax regulations.** * Intermediate-to-advanced level in Excel. * **Willingness to travel** to projects outside the city. **Key Competencies** * Strategic and analytical financial vision. * Budget planning and control. * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication with management and corporate departments. * Professional ethics and adherence to regulations.
