Professional work environment with job stability **SECOND KITCHEN MANAGER** Boutique Hotel Schedule: Full-time **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Second Kitchen Manager with leadership, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. This position is critical to daily operations: directly supporting the Head Chef and assuming full control of the kitchen during their absence. This is not a basic support role. It is an operational leadership role. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff during shift * Execute and ensure correct dish preparation according to recipes and standards * Substitute for the Head Chef when absent, assuming full service responsibility * Coordinate and lead the team to meet timing, quality, and order requirements * Verify presentation, taste, and portion size of each dish before service * Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety * Immediately identify and correct operational errors * Support organization of stations, pre-production, and service flow * Monitor proper use of supplies to prevent waste * Report incidents, shortages, or needs to the Head Chef * Ensure compliance with internal processes, checklists, and protocols **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional kitchens, with leadership responsibilities * Ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual * Strong commitment to quality, order, and hygiene * Professional, responsible, and proactive attitude * Ability to work collaboratively without compromising authority **WE OFFER** * Professional work environment in a boutique hotel * Genuine opportunity for growth and development * Structured operations with clear processes * Job stability **IMPORTANT** This position entails operational responsibility, leadership, and commitment.
